Mazak 630 Breakdown – Fast & Professional Turnaround
We recently carried out a CNC Breakdown Service for one of our existing customers, who are are a global strategic engineering and environmental consultancy that specialises in the transport, energy and scarce resources sectors.
We received a call regarding their Mazak 630 which had broken down.
One of our CNC Breakdown and Service Engineers were able to attend site the same day and provide a full fault diagnostic on the Mazak 630.
Our engineer discovered the Mitsubishi Servo Drive was faulty. This was therefor repaired and refitted and the machine was then back up and running.
The customer was pleased with how quickly we were able to attend site and get the machine back into production.
